ALDERAAN
Danza Nativa / Decay of Reason

Born in Buenos Aires, Alderaan is a DJ and producer with over a decade of experience in the techno scene. From the beginning, his sonic identity has been built around a hypnotic, profound, and cerebral techno, with a strong emphasis on atmosphere and narrative in every set and production.

His early releases quickly crossed borders, capturing the attention of the international scene and paving the way for his vinyl releases. Throughout his career, he has released music on labels such as Warm Up Recordings, Pole Group, MindTrip and Planet Rhythm, among others. His work has also been reinterpreted by leading figures in the genre such as Oscar Mulero, Stanislav Tolkachev, Svreca, and Pfirter.

On the curatorial front, he is the co-founder of the Buenos Aires-based label Danza Nativa and the creator of his own imprint, Decay Of Reason, a space dedicated to exploring less conventional sounds and expanding the aesthetic boundaries within techno.

As a DJ, he has been an active figure in the Argentinian scene, performing in iconic venues such as Under Club, Cocoliche, and Dune Park, in addition to participating in numerous independent events on the underground circuit. He has also co-produced events with the Deviant collective and showcases associated with Danza Nativa.

Internationally, he has performed at leading European clubs such as Tresor (Berlin), Razzmatazz (Barcelona), Audio Club (Geneva), Cassette (Madrid), Moog (Barcelona), Laut (Barcelona), and Lanna (Gijón), among others. In the digital realm, he has contributed mixes and podcasts to platforms like Monument, On The 5th Day, and Different Sound.

With a solid track record and an ever-evolving artistic vision, Alderaan continues to delve deeper into an introspective and powerful techno sound, solidifying his presence both in the DJ booth and in the studio.
